What is a preorders and how does the process work? 

Preorders are made to order, just for you! Once preorders close, we begin sourcing materials and producing your order. This process typically takes about 6 months, and includes production quality checks and having goods arrive at our fulfillment center then carefully packed for it to arrive at your door steps!

Why do preorders take so long?

Each piece is carefully crafted, from sourcing premium materials to cut  and sew production. Additionally, holidays may delay production and add to the timeline. While this adds to the timeline, we will still ensure a high quality final product.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Since preorders are custom made, cancellations are not typically allowed. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at pokimane@ebiko.us and we’ll do our best to assist you!

What happens if my size doesn’t fit?

We encourage you to carefully review the sizing charts before placing your order.

Each product includes a size chart, and recommends comparing measurements to a similar item you may own to ensure the best fit. If you do need a size exchange before preorders are closed, email us at pokimane@ebiko.us and we may be able to make accommodates.

If your order has already been shipped we don’t typically accept general returns, however we will do our best to accommodate size exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. Contact us at pokimane@ebiko.us for assistance. 

Will I receive updates on my order?

Absolutely! We’ll keep you updated at key stages, from production milestones to shipping updates. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What is a pre-order and how long will it take?

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product before it officially becomes available. Pre-ordered items typically arrive at our warehouse within 180 days, though this can vary as with holidays and unexpected delays. Once they arrive at our warehouse we’ll carefully pick and pack each order and have it safely arrive at your doorsteps! 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at pokimane@ebiko.us to update your address. If your order is already on its way, we can not make changes to the address. If items need to be reshipped you may need to cover shipping costs to resend it.

Product Care

How do I take care of Ebiko products? 

To keep your clothing in great condition:

  • Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors.
  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
  • For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low heat as garment may shrink.
